Hearing Aid Apprentice
Morgan Bates joined Colorado Hearing Professionals in February 2024 and currently serves as a Hearing Aid Apprentice. She is gaining hands-on experience in hearing healthcare while working closely with our clinical team and patients.
Morgan assists with hearing aid care, troubleshooting, cleaning and maintenance, patient education and ongoing support. She enjoys getting to know patients and helping make their experience comfortable and welcoming. As she continues her training, Morgan is expanding her knowledge of hearing technology and developing the skills necessary to help patients get the most from their hearing devices.
Born and raised in Western Colorado, Morgan graduated from Delta High School in 2022. She brings a positive attitude, attention to detail and a genuine desire to help others to the Colorado Hearing Professionals team.
